Sunflower Stays is a Kansas City–based short-term rental advisory and management company. We help property owners buy, launch, operate, and eventually exit premium short-term rental investments across the Kansas City metro.

Quality over quantity. We take on a limited number of properties so every home is designed, staged, and operated to hotel standards. Our team is local — born and raised in Kansas City — with deep knowledge of the neighborhoods, permitting, and guest demand patterns that make a listing perform.

The Full-Lifecycle Model

• Acquire — Identify and underwrite properties that will perform as short-term rentals.
• Launch & Operate — Design, furnish, list, and manage day-to-day operations under our 20% full-service model.
• Exit — When the time is right, sell the property with the performance history and brand value we've built into it.
